[Help] HTML code error (not showing the result)

Hi, can you guys help me ?
I want to create a new topic
i want to insert this code in my new topic :

The Problem is
When I click "Preview", it works fine
but when I "send" it, the result doesn't show / error

I already activate "setting html On"

Yes, already activated. But not solved yet.

Admin Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Allow HMTL > Yes > Save

The code only works on preview.
(when I click preview button, it works)
When I post it, the result not show

It should showing an online WEB TV Box on my post.
