Solved leaving a message for guests?

is there a way that i can leave a message for guest to see, then if they decide to join my forum and they log in the message is not on my forum but instead it on the homepage before people join my site, hope this makes sense to any of you? sorry if it doesnt!

There is no aplets im modules, but you can make a widget, where you can leave the message and set in permissions, that only guests/anonymous can see it Wink
