FOUNDER`s NICK & PASS

Hi ,

At first sorry for my not very well English, but i have a problem and i don`t know who can help me with it.

The problem is, that the founder of our forum has left us and he don`t leave us a credentials (nick and password) for using a special rights of our forum.
So i am not able to do for example backup of our forum database.

This forum we use for coordination in our online game (www.divokekmeny.cz ) and the content of this forum is very important for us.
There is registered more than 300 people.

Is it possible to get this founder credentials new? we really need it Sad
Can you help me with it?
Or can you give me a contact person who can help me resolve this problem?

There has been a topic similar to yours lately, however, if i remember it right - Forumotion.com cant do anything to help you, because the founder is original creator of the forums and thus the forums belong to him.

can't you contact the founder by any other way? email or phone? msn maybe?
cause its the only way. since as tarogasini sais forumotion cant do anything about it..since the founder is the originall .....

oh, i don`t want to believe it...
There has to be some problem solution.
Actually, the created forum must be somewhere registered, or not? So, somebody is able to reset a password of forum creator (founder)..

i`m totally unhappy..

The big problem is that i don`t have any contact to him .
He just say to me: "there is a forum, you are an admin" and he never came back
and now i really need to make backup

if you are an admin send him a message through his email he registered with. plus try a pm too.

his email was created just for registering for forum..its new and clear ..he never use it.

and in a forum he is not registered for now, because another admin deleted his account

that`s what i say , i don`t have contact to him no way.
Contact him is not possible

BTW:he wasn`t login on forum during one year.. so.

Create another forum and switch entire database to it ?

Now I am starting to not believe you. I don't think it is possible for an Administrator to delete the creators account, and if it is then the creators powers would have to be passed onto someone else. Another Administrator maybe?

impossible , i still don`t have backup from this forum ... that i need a founders account to create it

probably u didn`t understand me...
He said (creator of forum) i can make a forum, but i need an email address. I said that` no problem i create a new email on gmail.
I created a new email account on gmail :travian.boj@gmail.com
and he used it for creating a forum...
But he never using this email, he never was there!

He after created forum give me an admin password because able to administrating a forum with my person..

And i didn`t hear about him since then.

Im not layer i just trying to save my forum .. trust me pls

really nobody can`t help to me??
