I made universal Christmas banner for all forumotion forum users...

colors - bad
effects - bad...
brushes - average...
your colors are not nice.. make the bg gradient..
edit/colorize the christmas hat.. remove the cloud? from the top right..
and add something in the left !!!
font - very good
icon next to text - beautyfull
star brush detail : nice addition
make some more stars and your background a bit more dark.. for night..
gradient to black..
and some abstract brushes at the bg.. not visible.. just to make the sky more real:)
Overal.. : 6 .. its nice .. but needs to be edited
