want to have a radio in my forum

i was just wondering if i can have a radio chanel in my forum, but not like that

because 1st i dont get any icon for it i just hear a music and when i press on any link in the forum or go to another page the music stop and then continue again, so i was wondering if some one can tell me how to have the radio icon avilable all the time even if i went to another page in the forum.
