New Uploads Button in Gallery? Empty New Uploads Button in Gallery?

I have looked in here for the answer and I still can't find it. Is there a way to put a button onto the Gallery page so that you can veiw the most recent uploads / pics? Thanks in advanced and I am sorry if this is posted somewhere else.
