non-admins not able to post

every time someone that is not a admin tries to post something it sais only admins can post in this forum but then i can and chechk the forum permisions and it is all fine!

Check if your forum is on holiday.

ok, simple solution, ensure that all the perms state that members can view, read and reply.

TianHua you post is off topic the moderators dont like it when it goes off topic;

Go into advanced view of you administration panel, General, and the second one done on the left, this brings you to the fourm layout of your pages.
look for a modify the page symbol.(looks like a gear) in there click on permissions can make sure that they are properly selected for members.
