Additional Rules Empty Additional Rules

Whenever i try to add a HTML to the additional rules it doesnt show up.

can i even use HMTL in it.

you want additional rules on register page & on top of your index page right?

For additional rules on register page you can add it here :
Admin panel => General => Rules & Faqs => Additional Rules
write you additional rules on box & click save.

For additional rules on homepage page you can add it here :
Admin panel => Display => Homepages => Generalities => Homepage Message
write you additional rules on homepages box & click save. i suggest you use this code for additional rules in homepage message
