Horizontal page scrolling seems to have disappeared........

What has happened to horizontal scrolling ..has the feature been removed?
or is it in some cp setting? it seems to have gone from my forum pages now

a small monitor used to be able to scroll across a panorama photo, but a horizontal

scroll bar is not opperating fully now on IE7 or firefox browsers

check this photo out if you have a smaller monitor, to see what i mean

Do you mean you can't scroll left to right anymore? Yah, we all have that issue. Even here on the support forum.
