how can i set a default rank so that every new member gets that...
for example rank : "New member"

1. Go to Administration Panel
2. Click on Users & Groups tab
3. Click on Rank Administration
4. Look on the right and click on Add new rank
5. Create new rank by naming it, and deciding how much posts it is required for it. So for "Beginner" put 0 posts. Also set a rank image of 1 star or none star, for example.
