I don't think people do full skins you may be better off going to one of the sites in the presentation section and see if one will do it for u

No...theme requesting isn't really "allowed". However, you can request different parts to the skin such as Nav bars, rank images, banner(s), and put it all together yourself. Or you can contact Jalokim about his Premium Skin works.
