Problem with colors not saving

Is there a bug today with colors and themes not saving? I changed some colors, hit save, reloaded my page to check out how it looked, went back and did some adjustments, go back and its back to the original colors! What the heck is going on tonight?

i have found the cache can be slow to catch up sometimes. When you went back to edit your colours again, was it still showing the new changes you had made in admin? Pressing control and f5 when viewing your forum normally fixes this.
