can i give Mods only edit option?? no delete button and Quick Mod Tools..is that possible??? Crying or Very sad

I have my site so only admin can edit posts etc, its in the forum management and then permissions, change the settings at the bottom

yea but i have to make many members mods in my forum..actually i know them from other forums soo when i give them access they can see that option (quick Mod Tools) ..and i want it to disable for them[Mods] thats why this question.....

if anyone knows please let me know....thanx
