Solved Members deleting own account

I have just discovered that members can delete their own account.
I'm using phpbb3, but can't find the option anywhere in the admin panel to select NO.
Can someone please help me?

if you go into admin>>>users>>>user options, set it to disallow members to unsubscribe. Smile
