How to do like this forum [solved]

hi there,

I would like to know how to make my forum appearance like this forum. For example, when first go to this forum, I saw the "recent top" and etc on the left sign. Then when I click on the top, I saw the "profile", " shortcuts, "poll", latest topic, appear on the right side. So how do i do that?
