It won't let me create a catagory :/

Right so this is my forum www.alohafromhell.omgforum.net I used the punBB because when i was picking a forum design i just picked that as i was a n00b. Well the problem is I'm trying to create catogries, and i have but they wont show up as catogries.
As you can see I theres a board called 'Random-ness' and i tried to put in a catogry called 'Chat'. Well the 'Random-ness' is showing up but the catorgry itself isnt. And I was just wondering if there is anyway I can seperate them out or is it because i have punBB.

Click on that category and be sure you have forums attached to it.

Well are you sure it is actually in that category, because sometimes you might have not put it in there

How do you make sure that its in there?

if the catgory has brackets around it, it has no forums attached to it. To attach a forum make sure you click the green plus beside the category that you created.

Try to make some forums in it.

It does have forums in it because it doesn't have brackets around the name.

Go to admin panel=>Display=>Homepage=>Structure and Hierarchy and from the "Split categories on index" option choose Medium.
Also the "International" Category has no forums attached to it.
