Solved How to edit the main language of the forum?

Hi.
Im doing forums/website for a Norwegian racing team, today we got a new driver from Germany, and we then need our website in english.
I have edited the "General Admin >> Configuration >> Standard language to: English", but nothing seems to happen.
Please give me an answer, fast Exclamation

Did you also change the language option in your profile?
under preferences.
