Help... member can't see any pics in the forum

I'm not sure what the problem is but one of the members in my forum can't see the pictures in the forum.
She already tried deleting cookies but said that didn't help

I see all your pictures fine.
make sure your members don;t block images from your site... make sure noscript or any other mods for browsers are deactivated.

alternativly ask your members to press ctrl+F5 for a fresh start.

It can be all so a Virues program preventing the images from being seen.
