How to make the Signature Attachments Permanent?

Hello Everyone

i just want to ask how to make this selection permanent.. See the Screen Shot.. coz when a new user registers that selection is defaulted to "NO"..

They will have to set that on their own or you can go to their Profile and allow that.

Just like MrMario said,

There's no way that settings should be permanent.
The new registrant should have to set that on their own.
But if you want, you can suggest it. So in the upcoming future updates,
your suggestion should be included.

another question.. how to adjust the avatar upload size?? coz the max is 64KB only.. how to make it high? thanks

I think 64kb is a stable size for avatar.
