Edit Options
Hello!
I just need some help. My members keep on complaining why they could not edit
their own posts. I have already checked in my admin panel and they already have
an access or EDIT Own posts is already activated.
How come they don't see these edit options in their own posts.
I hope someone can help me resolve our forum problem.
Thank you very much! Help is highly appreciated.

Re: Edit Options
You have to also set the amount of time they can edit their own posts
1. Navigate to:
Admin Panel\General\Messages & Emails
2. Look near the top for "Message edition duration limit for a member :
"
3. If you want them to be able to edit their posts for upto 3 days after they post then add 3 in the days box, etc
regards
Craig

Re: Edit Options
Sorry for that. Obviously haven't read the rules. I just hope that in cases like this for the first warning it should have been through PM.
Anyway, what if I will check "none" would the users still be able to edit their posts? or it is realy required to put a duration limit.
Thank you very much!
