how to insert a picture signature?

hello to all i would like to enable picture signatures for my members and of course for my self too..

there is a limit of 500 words in signature but like here i want to enable picture signature not just text hope someone will guide me

I can help you with this:

This is a simple matter of every member or staff member on your Forum going into their profiles and looking for their signaure area.

Then find a suitable immage host, such as

Photobucket
Imageshack

There are more, but these are highly recomended.

Then upload and use the [img] Icon link and just Copy/Paste the link into your signature and hit "Save"

the problem is there is no icon of img in signature section
however i have use the tags [img][/img] for my self after clicking on my name and then profile then there i enter the link of tinypic but didn't work let me try the imageshack and photobucket
btw my signature is this.... hope you will agree why i want this.....

No no no, I didn't mean the [img][/img] icon from the Forum, I mean the one from Photobucket or Imageshack.

After you upload the immage, underneath the immage should be many ways to display your immage, you want the one which shows 'Direct Image' which has the [img] code.

Does this make sense to you now?

Is your forum allowing HTML?

Have you checked to see whether it is allowing it or not?

This was a proble for me, then I allowed HTML... and the problem was rectified.

yes i think its on cuz when i post there i can see html bb smiles are on....so what could be the problem...

Possibly a broken link, you DO copy all the code ?

If you fail to close the command for image, then it will not work, miss one bracket and it ruins the link.

If you are SURE you are doing everything you can, then I would guess it's a Technical Fault and the technicians may be able to help you out.
