Not all Admins are recieving new user account registration messages...

Within our forum i am not the original forum administrator, yet i have the capabilities. For some odd reason tho, i have been able to receive all new user account registration messages. Yet the main administrator has been only able receive maybe 1/2 or even a 1/3 of those new account registration messages. We have tried various ways to fix this on our own. Yet we cannot.

We are asking if anyone can help us with this situation. So we may move on.

I have this problem too, the techies are supposedly looking over the matter as we speak.
