How do I stop the H1, H2, H__'s from appearing in my URL's when I create a HTML pgae

H1, H2 ... are originally for creating table header on html, maybe you did mix up something on command line. could you provide solid screen shot showing your html pages there?

it's nothing bad happening to my forum, I wanted to add it to my google webmaster tools and google say the URL has to be exactly the same as what they have wrote down

I guess she means whichever html pages we make has a h-1, h-2 in the end.

It always appears on any forum(f-1,f-2) we make as well, i doubt if we can avoid it.

ah sorry for not understand you there Razz

did you referring to name of HTML pages? I don't think those H1,H2 appearing at end of new html pages address can be avoided, Its necessary to make every html pages unique lmao.

Where would the main structure be located(the place with < html > whatever is in here < html >

I'm simply think we can not add Google webmaster tool on forum.
There is only 2 method to upload it which by uploading html or adding meta tags,

As you know we cant get exact 'www.google915d942a0ca53f53.html, link of html pages because its always got h1 ... h99 at end of html pages on FM,

Using Metatags also not an option because its need to be inserted on head of forum index page, which on

Code:
<html>
Place meta tag after the <head> tag and before the </head> tag    
   
<head>
INSERT META TAGS HERE
<title> title</title>
</head>
          
<body>
page contents
</body>
</html>

Without html access for index page its kind of impossible to do.

PS: i don't know really if template editing on phpbb2 provide option to editing header html but if its available maybe you have to buy template to makes this working lmao Smile
