Disabling PMs for single user Empty Disabling PMs for single user

Ive seen the option for disabling PMs - not allowing a user to send PMs...
but how about recieving them?
I have banned a member but they are still able to receive PMs from other users but not able to log in to actually reply themselves...anyone know?

Admin Panel\User & Groups\User Search\ Click your user\ Go down till you see Special admin-only fields\You should see it.

but theres no option to disable recieving PMs

i see how you can disable a user from sending...but cant seem to find anything for receiving...
