Change colour of popular topics icon (have put picture in to show what i meen)

Display>pics management>advanced mode> Icons for the forum tab
you can upload whatever image you want to display for NEW category

But is this for when you make a new category in adminpanel, or does this change colour when there has been posten new tings in an already existing category ?

Psi-chotic means when a new post is made in that forum.

Nopes, it should be displayed. Just make sure you had saved it in the exact location.
