hit skin buttons needed

Help, I changed my colors/version to hitskin and now need a shop and sale button to match the others. I don't know where to get them. I just need the url to the buttons created for me, please, thanks!

Also, my index button I would like to be called home, not index. And, I need another red one and orange, purple or yellow please unless you find different colors.

One other thing is that a few members can't read the words inside the bubble buttons. Is there a way to get them more visible?
