Need help Quick.

My computer knowledge is fairly basic, I'm after messing up my forum some how!!!!!!

It was working fine, I put a you tube player thing on it, it was fine
then i was trying to put the banner on myself and i dont know what happened, its shrunk!!!!
please someone help. this is my pride and joy.
just got registered with MSN and all.

Its all my topics that have dissappeared. i put on the widgets and the page went full size again, i just have nothing in between. any ideas.

Still no topics on my page, i have tried
multiple resyncs
i took the banner off
i took the youtube player off

please someone help. at my wits end here. have not got a clue.
