Forum pictures and buttons problem

I've had some recent problems with a forum that I run...A lot of my images and smileys seem to be shrunken and blurred..see below for some examples

Here you can see the pictures inside the admin control are blurry..see the one from my other forum next to it for comparison

The "Forum admin" rank image with the stars is also shrunk..it was fine a few days ago. Use to look like this :


These buttons are also smaller then before..

I have no idea what happened...It was working fine one day and now its like this..the other forum i'm working on looks completely normal, so I know its not my computer..If anyone could help that would be great =x thank you

Did you try resychonizing your forum? That will take care of some setting problems..

Try holding CTRL and then press + or - on your keyboard
