link to domain

I am trying to link my forum to my domain i.e. mydomain.net/forum and have it becoome part of the domain and not just a url redirect link. is this possible?

It is possible to use other domains on a forumotion board,

1. Navigate to:

Admin Panel\General\Forum Address\Configuration of an external domain name

Follow the on screen instructions

If we change this, does it change the original domain if it goes wrong??

your domain name your forum originally had when you created it will always work, so if it does go wrong, adding a new domain, you an always access your forum with its old original domain.
