Navagation buttons and link buttons Please

I would love to have something like these in this post.....https://help.forumotion.com/navigation-bars-f54/glossblack-glass-navigator-bar-t28651.htm by iathen. I would need them in blue. Right now I have

I would like them to include the nav. bar as well as birthday, calendar, statistics and chatbox. Since I have upgraded to invision and now have a place to put them as well.

I would also like them to be square like I already have and the same size as well.


If possible I would love to also have the other buttons to match as well. Like the buttons for:

myspace (one I would like to add) (I wish there were spaces to add thes other then skype or iqc slots which is where I am going to put them at since I know no one that uses them anymore).
As well as a blank one that I can use as a template maybe so I don't have to bug someone for their valuable time to do it for me. I just would like everything to match and I have yet to find this with any template that I try to use.

Does anyone know a good program that I could possible do these myself. I like doing little things like this just don't know what programs to use to do it with ease. Thanks!

Yes there is quite a few There is Adobe photo shop and there is a pack with that i think
Paint shop That is mostly used and there is I dont know any more lol oh yeah paint but thats boring lol
