Creating tool tip

Does anyone know the code for the tool tip?

I want to be able to hover over a word and either a text box or a small image will appear.

if its on your own html page, you can use it.

but if you want to have a tool tip from your forum itslef (post, replies and images) not possible. it is base on forum modification that only the forum technicians can do. you better suggest it at the suggestion sections... Ü
