Close the suggestions for our forums....

Close the suggestions for our forums untill the big vote system has been made and is in operation. its just going to slow everything down more suggestions pilling in daily.

Against, the systems changed... No more Big Votes
What's going to happen is that TheGodmother Godfather and Gautamass'll pass regularly and give their opinions on whether or not the suggestions'll be intergrated
