can anyone make this icon (or text inside it) blinking?

it will not same with the other ranks anymore.

i just want it blinking.

Do you perhaps know the font that's used in that rank?
And also a notice... it's damn hard to render the text out of the rest of the image.
A layered PSD file wouldn't hurt

Note: I can make the text blink in different colors if that's what you can live with...
And also keep in mind that we can't make the text fully blinking as it is VERY hard.(not just for me)

sorry,i dnt know that font's name,

hmmm in diferent color??thats ok,if it same font.

I'll attempt that soon...

Edit: btw brij, remember you need to remove the shadows when you export the image into a gif file. or it will look like crap.
