Help!?!?! Lost forum T-T

I made another forum, but I changed the url and deleted the email telling me about the URL change. =/ it is no longer in my history either. Is there a way to recover it?

the only thing i could think of doing is check and see if you have it in the websites you bin on in your address bar on since you no longer have it in your history. also hopefully you did not deleted the trash in your email yet? if not then the email will still be there.check you spam folder too. it's a long shot but sometimes the same emails are sent there as well.

worst case scenario. An administrator here can probably find it for you with the email it was created with or your ip address.Global mods here might be able to too?
