Proper how to Post a topic reply?

I have had this on my site for a while and was wondering if you all thought the same as these folks

my guess is the people who need to see it...won't.
i have only started one topic ( which i can't see to get a reply for btw... ) and trust me i DID read through 10!!!!!! pages of portal questions first.

maybe if i had started some dumbass thread about which color to make my admin rank...
