Can you post the link of where you tried to post ? Btw you are in the wrong sections. Special Members are staff members, and you were unable to post becuase the category/forum was closed/locked.

you cannot create a new thread in forum promotions, you have to propose your forum first, if accepted a new thread will be created with it for you to post on. See:

Wow, triple posting? you are brave..

Anyhow, the main thing is, you are NOT allowed to make sub-Forum Thread, but are allowed to make others... if you cannot make them, then you need to ask yourself why you can't.

The answer will be, because you are not supposed to, so then find a way you CAN post something...

Normally, by clicking on the links you see, openes up new Forums which you can post on..

You have this order..

Main Index >> Board Index >> List of Forums >> (Click the Forum to open it and post away)
