Forum Creation Empty Forum Creation

I would like to create a forum and I'm searching for someone to make the forum with (I think that it will be better if the founders are two because when one of them can't help, there will be another one). I'm not sure what kind of forum I want to make. If you have any ideas for a forum please post it. Everyone will be accepted here.
