Animated Avatar

Do you know how to make an animated image?

Room28spartan, i think you didn't understand how to request correctly, the problem isn't if people know how to make animated avatars, some people i know, know how to make'em, But i won't tell.

Cause, the first thing you do here is request a Graphic design or animated designs, like banners, avatars & other stuff.

Oh well, just do it like people say you should.
