for guests

i want a code which when a guest come to my forum it shows him a table and tell him to register or login and this table cant remove by pressing X

Well, you could try and ask the administrator of that website... He probably wouldnt mind giving it to you...

But honestly that kind of a message would annoy me and i certainly wouldnt register if that popped up.
