why my forum banned....

this is too much. i have my forum called " nilandnilu.lifeme.net " with 11,000+ member
today i check my forum tha Onlineguardian has banned " nilandnilu.lifeme.net " hosted on forumotion.com due to the violation of terms of services.

now tell me what is my fault ? this is not a warzlink forum or some shit porn type, yahoo booter forum. its pure friendly & family forum. which full of joy and entertainment. my forum started in march 2008. and till now day i have more tha 11,000 active member who live like family than why forumotion banned my forum. if my forum have Copyright matirial like movie music than why dont u give me warning? . atlist i m remove it. my forum is shayari / poem forum not warzlink forum like other. than why me ? i want my forum back. if u tell me to remove all my post than i m del. all of post but now give me my forum back.

and check that this all of thing

* Sexual and/or pornographic content
* Harmful and dangerous acts
* Copyright infringment
* Spam
* Phishing and/ or malware website

is not on my forum. yes i know movie and music is Copyrighted but its indian movie not hollywood movie. and i m ready to remove all copyrighted post. plz its my request to give me forum back. one more thing everytime forumotin give warning and give time 24hour to remove all copyrighted post. than why they dont give me. its my request to forumotion stuff and admin team plz check my forum and give me back

It doesn't care If movies wasn't from Hollywood. If I made a movie and I saw it in a forum (Pirate Version) I would report it, too, but like the admins and mods said: If Online Guard banned your forum we can't do anything just contact OG.

Your forum must of had some really inappropriate/ban things on it if they didn't give you a warning.
Typically Online Guard would give you a total of 14 days before re-inspection of ur forum, and the notice is in the administration panel.

Also: Online Guard ALWAYS gives administrators and founder a 14 day notice that their site is breaching the ToS's and ToC's
I suggest useing the founder tools and accessing ur forum via the way in there, and removing the material on ur forum...thats if you can get in because of the restrictions on Online Guard on ur forum.

it's a lie . trust me.. i dealt with them in the past.. and they are not who they claim to be. and i have proof. but i'm not going there. they are fabricated and have no ties what so ever with innerpool.. its a scheme.
