Help Creating Custom BBcode

Thanks to the people that helped me on the last one

My needed help now is a little more complex
I want to add a custom bbcode to my forum. I want it to be listed under the "Others" button in the formating. It's to be called FFXIWIKI.

What I want the BBCode to do is the following. It should replace the text inside the tag with a link and it should parse the text from the tag into the link

For example

Code:

[FFXIWIKI]{TEXT}[/FFXIWIKI]

this will yield

Code:

<a href="http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?search={TEXT}&go=1">{TEXT}</a>

Can anyone help me with this? I'm using the phpBB2. If you would like to see the forum (though it's still in it's infant stage) it's at Eternal Eclipse Forum
