Error Message when loading Forum!! Empty Error Message when loading Forum!!

Hi,
Every Time I load my Forum I get this Error message:

Code:
Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://www.swypeout.heavenforum.org/.

Operation aborted

Why am I getting this?
How can I get rid of this?
Please Help,

I have just tried and it loaded fine, was probably just a glitch or the server was busy maybe.
