image bar behind nav buttons

im having trouble placing an image behind the nav buttons so that i can make it all look seamless, i would like to know how to be able to do it myself. any help will be greatly appreciated by this noob,

To my knowledge, you have to edit your CSS.

Administration Panel, (Advanced Mode), Display, Pictures and Colors, Colors, CSS Stylesheet.

About 5 lines down, you will see a URL of an image. You may change it to whatever image you want.

This should answer your question.

i have nothing in my css stylesheet, its just an empty box, ive tried allsorts with no success, im using invision, im probably overlooking somthing simple but having spent 3 days at it, its getting a little tiring.
