NOBODY CAN JOIN MY FORUM!!!

this is serious, nobody can join forums for some strange reason. This is driving me insane! if someone can tell me why, it says "Admins won't allow new members" and I never did select that option.

Please help me as soon as possible.

Admin Panel>>User & Groups>> User Option>> Look for allow new members

Also make sure that your forum is not on holitday or contruction.

Admin Panel>.General>>Configuration>> Click no on both Contruction and Holiday.

Yeah that could be a pretty simple problem.
Go to
Admin Panel -> General -> Configuration -> There is "Forum in construction" and "Forum on holiday"
If one of both is set to "Yes" than no new members can't register.

Also look at
Admin Panel -> Users & Groups -> Users Options -> There you find "Allow new members"
This has to be "Yes" if you want people to join your forum.

It doesn't say anything "Admins won't allow new members"
