members automatic add in groups?

hello

if i have more groups like

members with 10postings = blue = can use 2 forums
members with 50postings = red = can use 4 forums
.....

can i settings automatic function that the members become the colors and add to the groups or must i made it handself

There is no provision for this to be automatic.
