They're alright, but I think you should add a border of some kind.
And make the banned rank's color into grey or red.
It would also be good if you could include Co-Admin & Supporter/Helper Smile

I didn't changed the colour of "Banned" because it would be more highlighted than the other ones (and it is unfair as all the other are better-meaning ranks than "Banned").

Anyway, maybe I'll add tomorrow Co-Admin and Supporter and create a grey "Banned" rank (I think that red won't look good with green - they are opposite colours).

Colours... It is about what you prefer and what colour is your forum. Some people like these only because of them color, you don't like them because of that.

Your choice of background color wasn't the best. Ranks are not the focal point of your forum, so they don't need to be very bright. I do like your simplicity though as well as the gloss. The font you have chosen suits the ranks well.

Overall, 6.8/10 - Nice try.
