User Groups??

Hi My Names Cove I'm New But I Administrate A Yugioh Rpg Forum And Could Someone Pls Answer The Following Questions:
-How Do I Activate Quick Reply
-Where Log Off And On Button Should Be It Just Says "On" And "Off" How Do I Change That?
-Is There A Way Of Making It So That As Soon As A Member Signs Up They Automatically Have A Character Sheet?
-How Do I Make A Cool Looking Portal?
-Is There A Way Of Making Bots For Like Computer Opponents And Stuff.
If You Could Answer Would Really Help Me.

1. Administration Panel
2. General tab
3. Messages and Emails
4. Allow Quick Reply : Yes
Banner :
1. Upload your banner to tinypic
2. Go to Administration Panel
3. Display tab
4. Pics Managent
5- Advanced mode
6. Under "Forum main logo" put a link of your banner, given by tinypic
7. Save

No it doesnt need to be tinypic, choose your own pic host.
1. I dont know what you mean
2. I think i know what you mean, but dont know how to do it.
3. Define "cool". Some people find things cool, others dont. Look around at other people`s portals to check what you like.

No, you cannot make bots....they come to ur site and do their thing. You cannot touch them.
