Solved How to change discription [solved]

does anyone know how to change the description of your site well i don't know if it is a description but here my site my description says Talk about Bond James Bond here how do i change that. Thanks in advance.

hmm banner you say?

ACP>display>pic management>advanced> then you will see where to change the banner there. XD
