How do I Change the color of links

I want to know how to change the color of the links because people hardly see the links when it blends in with the text.
I am an Admin of a forum so anyone can help me?

To change the color of the links, go to your Admin Panel > Display > Colors.
Change "Active Link Color :" and "Hover Link Color :" to another one color, but make them different shades (eg, Light Blue and Dark Blue)

So what's the difference between Active Link Color and Hover Link Color?

The hover link color is the color that is shown when the cursor is hovered over it.

When I change the color of the Active link,it does not change.
Does it only change when i make up new links because my old links I posted on the forums are still the same color.

It depends if you want to change the link color, the active link color or the hover link color.

If you want to change the link color in general 'Forums, members names, etc) then you need to change the 'Link color'

I want to change the link color that user's posted to visit a new site...
