The picture seems to be cut of the page because of it's size, and I am guessing you think that Brij made it look like that, so
Jason Taylor:

Right click the banner above >
Properties >
Then just copy the link of that banner >

Enter the link of this banner into the selected are in your admin panel, and it will then be displayed correctly and not like what it is displayed on this page.
